Product Overview

NPS01-FA25 AC 4P Surge Protective Device is a high-capacity pure spark gap Type 1 (Class I) SPD developed for important three-phase four-wire power distribution systems.

The product complies with EN/IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 standards and adopts an integrated L1/L2/L3/N four-pole structure. Each pole is equipped with an independent high-capacity graphite spark gap, providing a lightning impulse current capability of Iimp 25kA (10/350μs).

It is capable of directly discharging high-energy lightning currents and is ideal for primary protection at the incoming end of critical three-phase power systems.

The device features a 108mm modular structure, supports 35mm DIN rail mounting, and covers Uc voltage levels from 275V to 385V.

It is widely used in data centers, power substations, communication hubs, rail transit systems, and other critical infrastructure.

Independent Four-Pole Graphite Spark Gap, Reliable Long-Term Protection

Each pole adopts high-capacity graphite spark gap technology with excellent follow current interruption capability and strong energy absorption performance.

The independent four-pole structure ensures that a single pole failure does not affect other poles, improving overall system safety.

During normal operation, the SPD maintains zero leakage current and zero power consumption. The optimized graphite electrode design provides stable discharge performance and excellent repeated surge withstand capability.

High-purity copper conductors and large terminals provide efficient current transmission, low resistance, and reduced heat generation under high-current conditions.

The enclosure uses UL94V-0 flame-retardant material with IP20 protection rating, meeting industrial protection requirements.
