Product Overview
The NPS01-FBC12.5 AC 2P Surge Protective Device is a Type 1+2 combined high-energy protection unit designed for single-phase 220V power distribution systems. Manufactured according to EN/IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 standards, it provides comprehensive Class I+II surge protection.
The two-pole full-mode structure integrates complete protection between L-N, L-PE, and N-PE circuits, effectively suppressing both common-mode and differential-mode overvoltage caused by lightning strikes and switching operations.
With an impulse current capability of 12.5kA (10/350μs), the device provides enhanced energy withstand performance for demanding applications. The 36mm modular design supports 35mm DIN rail installation, with Uc voltage options from 275V to 440V.
It is widely used in data centers, medical equipment systems, precision manufacturing facilities, and other single-phase applications requiring high power quality.

Large-Capacity Multi-Impulse Protection for Long Service Life
Each protection pole adopts a large graphite spark gap combined with a high-energy zinc oxide varistor. Through repeated lightning impulse testing, the product demonstrates strong resistance against multiple surge events without significant performance degradation.
High-grade components are selected and verified through high-temperature aging, humidity cycling, and impulse testing to achieve low leakage current, strong energy endurance, and extended service life.
The conductive path uses T2 copper busbars with tin-plated surfaces, ensuring excellent conductivity, low contact resistance, and stable operation under high current conditions.
The UL94V-0 flame-retardant housing provides reliable insulation and mechanical protection. Automated welding, wave soldering, module assembly, and 100% factory impulse testing ensure consistent quality.
160A Backup Fuse Coordination for Continuous Power Supply
The product provides 20kA (8/20μs) nominal discharge current and 50kA maximum discharge current. With a voltage protection level of 1.2kV and response time ≤25ns, it delivers rapid surge response and effective voltage limitation.
Recommended with a 160A gG backup fuse, the device provides proper protection coordination and helps prevent unnecessary fuse operation during lightning events, maintaining power continuity.
The thermal disconnection system and red/green status indicator provide convenient maintenance monitoring. Optional remote signaling contacts support centralized alarm and monitoring systems.
Operating from -40℃ to +80℃ with 5%-95% humidity tolerance, and compatible with 4-25mm² conductors, this product provides reliable full-mode surge protection for high-demand single-phase electrical systems.
