Product Overview

NPS01-FA25 AC 1P Surge Protective Device is a high-capacity pure spark gap Type 1 (Class I) SPD developed by Ningpu Lightning Protection for areas with high lightning activity and critical power loads.

The device complies with EN/IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 standards and features advanced graphite spark gap technology with a lightning impulse current capability of Iimp 25kA (10/350μs).

It can directly discharge the extremely high energy generated by direct lightning strikes, making it suitable for primary protection at the incoming side of important power distribution systems.

The compact 27mm single-pole modular structure supports 35mm DIN rail installation, with Uc voltage range from 275V to 385V. It is widely used in power systems, data centers, communication facilities, rail transit, and other critical applications.

High-Energy Graphite Spark Gap, Enhanced Surge Withstand Capability

The large-capacity graphite spark gap provides excellent follow current interruption and high-energy endurance performance. It maintains zero leakage current and zero power consumption during normal operation.

The precision-treated graphite electrodes provide stable discharge characteristics and strong resistance to repeated lightning impacts.

The high-purity copper conductive path and large terminals ensure efficient current transmission, low resistance, and reduced temperature rise under high current conditions.

The enclosure adopts UL94V-0 flame-retardant material with IP20 protection rating, providing reliable insulation and safety performance.
