Pure Type 1 25kA Two-Pole Protection for Single-Phase Critical Power Systems

Product Overview

NPS01-FA25 AC 2P Surge Protective Device is a high-capacity pure spark gap Type 1 (Class I) SPD designed for critical single-phase power distribution systems.

It complies with EN/IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 standards and adopts independent L-PE and N-PE graphite spark gaps. The lightning impulse current capability reaches Iimp 25kA (10/350μs), providing strong direct lightning protection.

The device can safely discharge high-energy lightning currents and is suitable for primary protection at the incoming side of important single-phase systems.

With a 54mm modular structure, it supports 35mm DIN rail installation and covers Uc voltage levels from 275V to 385V. It is widely applied in communication base stations, data centers, medical equipment power systems, and other critical single-phase applications.

Independent Dual High-Capacity Graphite Spark Gaps

Each pole uses high-capacity graphite spark gap technology, offering excellent follow current interruption and energy withstand capability.

The independent two-pole design improves system reliability by preventing one pole failure from affecting the other. The device maintains zero leakage current and zero power consumption during normal operation.

High-purity copper conductors and large terminals provide low resistance, strong current capacity, and stable operation under high surge conditions.

The enclosure uses UL94V-0 flame-retardant material with IP20 protection rating, ensuring safe operation in industrial environments.
