Product Overview

NPS01-FA25 AC 3P Surge Protective Device is a high-capacity pure spark gap Type 1 (Class I) SPD designed for critical three-phase three-wire power distribution systems. It complies with EN/IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 standards and is suitable for primary lightning protection in high-risk environments.

The device adopts an independent L1/L2/L3 three-pole graphite spark gap structure, with a lightning impulse current capability of Iimp 25kA (10/350μs). It can directly discharge high-energy lightning currents caused by direct strikes, providing reliable protection for important industrial power systems.

With an 81mm modular design, the product supports standard 35mm DIN rail installation and covers Uc voltage levels from 275V to 385V. It is widely used in industrial power distribution, petrochemical facilities, metallurgy, rail transit, photovoltaic systems, and other heavy-duty applications.

Independent Three-Pole High-Capacity Graphite Spark Gap Technology

Each pole uses high-purity graphite spark gap technology, providing excellent follow current interruption capability and high energy withstand performance.

The independent three-pole design prevents a single pole fault from affecting the remaining phases, improving system reliability. The optimized graphite electrode structure ensures stable discharge characteristics and strong resistance to repeated lightning impulses.

The conductive path adopts high-purity copper components and large terminals, providing low contact resistance, high current carrying capacity, and low temperature rise during surge events.

The housing is made of UL94V-0 flame-retardant material with IP20 protection rating, ensuring safe operation in industrial environments.
