Product Overview
The NPS01-F40 AC 3P Surge Protective Device is a Type 2 SPD designed for three-phase three-wire power distribution systems. It complies with IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 standards and adopts a compact three-pole integrated modular structure.
With a nominal discharge current of 40kA and maximum discharge current of 80kA, the device effectively releases induced lightning surges and switching overvoltage, providing reliable protection for industrial electrical equipment.
It is widely used in:

Independent MOV Protection, Stable Performance and Long Service Life
Each phase is equipped with a high-energy zinc oxide varistor (MOV) chip, featuring:

- Low leakage current
- Excellent aging resistance
Each protection circuit includes an independent thermal disconnection mechanism, which automatically isolates the faulty circuit under overheating or overload conditions.
The red/green visual indicator provides clear operating status, while optional remote alarm contacts allow connection to industrial monitoring systems.
Industrial Modular Design for Flexible Installation
The device features:
- UL94V-0 flame-retardant housing
- IP20 protection rating
- Standard 35mm DIN rail installation
- Operating temperature: -40℃ to +80℃
