Product Overview
The NPS01-F40 AC 4P Surge Protective Device is a full-pole Type 2 SPD designed for three-phase four-wire power distribution systems.
It complies with IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 standards and adopts an L1/L2/L3/N four-pole synchronous protection structure.
With a nominal discharge current of 40kA and maximum discharge current of 80kA, it provides rapid discharge of induced lightning surges, switching overvoltage, and electrical interference.
The device is widely used in:

Independent Four-Pole Protection, Reliable and Stable Operation
Each pole is equipped with a high-energy MOV protection chip, providing:
- Fast response

- Low leakage current
- Excellent aging resistance
Independent thermal disconnection protection ensures that a single faulty pole can be isolated without affecting the entire system.
The built-in red/green status indicator allows easy maintenance inspection, while optional remote alarm contacts support intelligent monitoring and centralized management.

The device adopts:
- UL94V-0 flame-retardant engineering housing
- IP20 protection rating
- Standard 35mm DIN rail installation
- Operating temperature: -40℃ to +80℃
- Cable size: 4-25mm²
It can be precisely coordinated with front-end Type 1 SPDs to establish a complete first- and second-level lightning protection system, providing comprehensive protection for three-phase four-wire applications.
