Product Overview
The NPS01-FBC7 AC 4P Surge Protective Device is a Type 1+2 combined four-pole surge protection unit designed for advanced three-phase power distribution systems. It follows EN/IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 standards and has passed Type 1+2 / Class I+II testing requirements.
The device adopts an integrated L1/L2/L3/N four-pole structure, with complete protection components installed on each pole. It effectively suppresses both common-mode surges (L-PE, N-PE) and differential-mode surges (L-N, L-L), providing comprehensive protection for three-phase four-wire systems.
Featuring a 72mm compact design and standard 35mm DIN rail installation, the unit supports Uc voltage options from 275V to 440V. It is suitable for data centers, medical equipment, precision manufacturing facilities, and other applications requiring high power quality.

Full-Pole MOV and Spark Gap Combination for Accurate Differential Protection
Each pole integrates graphite spark gaps and zinc oxide varistors in a coordinated protection structure. Compared with traditional 3+1 configurations, the N pole also includes complete varistor protection, providing stronger differential-mode surge suppression.
The multi-stage protection design ensures effective energy coordination without continuous current flow or protection gaps. High-quality components are selected after strict high-temperature and humidity aging tests to ensure long service life.
The conductive path uses T2 copper busbars with tin-plated surfaces, offering excellent conductivity, low contact resistance, and strong current carrying capability.
The UL94V-0 flame-retardant housing provides safe insulation protection, while automated welding, wave soldering, module assembly, and 100% factory inspection guarantee stable quality.
Independent Four-Pole Monitoring for Easy Fault Identification
The device supports 7kA (10/350μs) impulse current capacity, 20kA (8/20μs) nominal discharge current, and 50kA maximum discharge current. The voltage protection level reaches 1.2kV, with response time ≤25ns (100ns in NPE mode).
Each pole is equipped with independent thermal disconnection and red/green status indication. Green represents normal operation, while red indicates failure and replacement requirements. The four-pole status display allows fast and accurate fault identification.
Optional remote signaling contacts support AC 250V/0.5A switching capacity and can be integrated into building automation or monitoring systems.
Operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to +80℃ with 5%-95% humidity tolerance. Supporting 4-25mm² cable connections, this device provides reliable full-mode protection for demanding three-phase electrical systems.
