Product Overview

NPS01-FA15 AC 4P Surge Protective Device is a pure spark gap Type 1 (Class I) SPD designed for three-phase four-wire power distribution systems. It complies with EN/IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 standards and is suitable for primary lightning protection applications.

The device adopts an integrated L1/L2/L3/N four-pole structure, with independent graphite spark gaps for each pole. The lightning impulse current capability reaches Iimp 15kA (10/350μs), enabling direct discharge of high-energy lightning currents generated by direct strikes.

With a 108mm modular design, the product supports standard 35mm DIN rail installation and covers Uc voltage levels from 275V to 385V. It is widely used in building power systems, electrical distribution, data centers, communication rooms, and other three-phase incoming power applications.

Independent Four-Pole Graphite Spark Gap, Long Service Life and Stable Protection

Each pole adopts high-purity graphite spark gap technology, providing excellent follow current interruption capability. During normal operation, it maintains zero leakage current and zero power consumption, ensuring long-term reliability.

The independent four-pole design prevents failure of one pole from affecting other poles. The optimized graphite electrode structure provides stable discharge characteristics and strong repeated surge resistance.

High-purity copper conductive components and large terminals ensure low contact resistance, strong current capacity, and reduced temperature rise under high current conditions.

The housing is made of UL94V-0 flame-retardant material with IP20 protection rating, meeting industrial safety requirements.
