Product Overview
The NPS01-FA50 AC 3P Surge Protective Device is a high-energy Type 1/Class I surge protection device designed for heavy-duty three-phase three-wire power systems.
Compliant with IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 standards, it adopts a three-pole independent modular structure. Each pole provides an impulse current capability of 50kA (10/350μs), allowing rapid discharge of extreme direct lightning energy.
The device is widely used in large factories, photovoltaic systems, power distribution stations, metallurgy, chemical industries, and rail transit systems, providing first-level lightning protection for high-power applications.

Independent Large Graphite Spark Gaps, Reliable Protection Against Repeated Lightning Strikes
Equipped with upgraded high-purity graphite spark-gap technology, each phase operates independently to ensure stable protection performance.
The advanced arc extinguishing design quickly interrupts follow current after discharge, achieving zero leakage current and zero power loss during normal operation.
High-strength copper conductive components provide excellent current carrying capacity and low temperature rise under heavy loads, making the device suitable for continuous industrial operation.
The flame-retardant housing complies with UL94V-0, providing safe operation in demanding environments.
630A Backup Fuse Matching, Designed for Large Industrial Power Systems
The device features:
- Nominal discharge current: 50kA (8/20μs)
- Voltage protection level: Up ≤1.5kV
- Response time: ≤100ns
Compatible with 630A gG backup fuses to achieve coordinated protection with upstream equipment and prevent accidental power interruption.
Each phase includes independent thermal protection and visual status indication. Optional remote alarm contacts allow connection to PLC, SCADA, or monitoring systems.
