Product Overview
The NPS01-FBC7 AC 1P Surge Protective Device is a Type 1+2 combined power surge protection solution developed by Ningpu Lightning Protection. Designed according to EN/IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 international standards, it has passed Type 1+2 / Class I+II testing requirements.
With a compact 18mm single-module width design, the device supports standard 35mm DIN rail installation and provides flexible voltage options with a maximum continuous operating voltage (Uc) ranging from 275V to 440V. It is widely used for incoming power protection in single-phase distribution systems, including building electrical installations, communication rooms, data centers, photovoltaic systems, wind power facilities, and industrial control applications.

Premium Components And UL94V-0 Flame-Retardant Housing
The internal structure adopts high-quality zinc oxide varistors combined with graphite spark gaps and high-performance gas discharge components. This design provides excellent resistance against temperature variation, humidity, aging, and long-term electrical stress.
The enclosure is made of UL94V-0 grade red thermoplastic flame-retardant material with an IP20 protection rating, ensuring reliable insulation performance and operational safety. High-purity copper conductive parts and metal terminals are used to maintain low temperature rise during high-current discharge.
Advanced manufacturing processes, including robotic welding and automatic wave soldering, ensure stable product consistency. Every unit undergoes 100% factory inspection and impulse current testing before delivery to guarantee reliable protection performance.
7kA Lightning Current Capacity With 25ns Fast Response
This series provides an impulse current capacity of 7kA (10/350μs), a nominal discharge current (In) of 20kA (8/20μs), and a maximum discharge current (Imax) of 50kA. With a voltage protection level (Up) as low as 1.2kV and a response time of ≤25ns, it delivers fast and accurate surge protection with low residual voltage.
The built-in thermal disconnector provides safe failure protection. The status indicator displays green during normal operation and red when replacement is required. It can be used with a 100A gG backup fuse for enhanced protection coordination.
Optional remote signaling contacts (normally open/normally closed switching output) are available for centralized monitoring. The device supports 0.5-1.5mm² connection wires and operates reliably in environments from -40℃ to +80℃ with 5%-95% humidity.
