Product Overview
The NPS01-FBC7 AC 2P Surge Protective Device is a Type 1+2 combined surge protection device designed for single-phase 220V power distribution systems. Manufactured according to EN/IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 standards, it provides Class I+II comprehensive surge protection.
The two-pole integrated design offers complete protection between L-N, L-PE, and N-PE circuits, effectively reducing both common-mode and differential-mode overvoltage caused by lightning strikes and switching operations.
With a 36mm modular structure and standard 35mm DIN rail installation, the product supports Uc voltage levels from 275V to 440V. It is widely applied in communication equipment rooms, data centers, security monitoring systems, and other single-phase power distribution environments.

Composite Spark Gap and MOV Technology for Reliable Energy Coordination
The internal protection system combines graphite spark gaps with zinc oxide varistors to achieve efficient energy coordination between primary and secondary protection stages.
The graphite spark gap releases high surge energy, while the MOV component provides precise residual voltage control. This structure ensures stable protection performance without continuous current flow or protection blind spots.
The conductive components use T2 copper busbars with tin-plated surfaces, offering excellent conductivity, low contact resistance, and reduced temperature rise. The UL94V-0 flame-retardant housing provides reliable insulation and mechanical protection.
Through automated production, wave soldering, module assembly, and 100% factory testing, each unit maintains consistent electrical performance and durability.
7kA Surge Handling Capability with Visual Status Monitoring
The device provides 7kA (10/350μs) lightning impulse current capability, 20kA (8/20μs) nominal discharge current, and 50kA maximum discharge current. The voltage protection level is as low as 1.2kV, with a response time of ≤25ns, ensuring fast and effective surge suppression.
The built-in thermal disconnection system provides safe protection against module failure. The green/red indicator allows quick inspection of operating status, while optional remote signaling contacts enable integration with building automation and power monitoring systems.
Compatible with a 100A gG backup fuse, the device supports reliable protection coordination. It operates under temperatures from -40℃ to +80℃ and humidity levels of 5%-95%, making it a practical choice for single-phase power protection applications.
