Product Overview
The NPS01-FBC7 AC 3P Surge Protective Device is a Type 1+2 combined surge protection solution designed for three-phase three-wire power distribution systems. It is manufactured according to EN/IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 international standards and has passed Type 1+2 / Class I+II testing requirements.
The product adopts a three-pole modular structure with independent L1/L2/L3 discharge paths, providing effective protection against lightning overvoltage and switching surges between phases and ground. It is especially suitable for IT ungrounded systems, photovoltaic inverter sides, industrial variable-frequency drives, and other three-phase power applications.
With a 54mm modular width and standard 35mm DIN rail installation, the device supports Uc voltage options from 275V to 440V and is widely used in renewable energy systems, chemical industries, industrial automation, and rail transportation applications.

Multi-Pulse Lightning Withstand Design for Stable Repeated Protection
The internal protection structure combines high-quality graphite spark gaps with zinc oxide varistors, providing strong energy discharge capability and stable performance under repeated lightning impacts.
Each pole is equipped with an independent thermal disconnector, ensuring that a single module failure does not affect the operation of other phases. The main components undergo high-temperature and high-humidity aging tests to improve resistance against environmental stress.
High-purity copper conductors and tin-plated terminals are used to reduce contact resistance and temperature rise during high-current discharge. The enclosure adopts UL94V-0 flame-retardant thermoplastic material with IP20 protection, ensuring reliable insulation and safe operation.
Automated manufacturing processes and 100% factory impulse current testing ensure consistent product quality and dependable protection performance.
Industrial Wide Temperature Operation from -40℃ to +80℃
The device supports 7kA (10/350μs) impulse current capacity, 20kA (8/20μs) nominal discharge current, and 50kA maximum discharge current. With a low voltage protection level of 1.2kV and response time ≤25ns, it provides fast surge suppression and low residual voltage.
The built-in thermal disconnector and red/green status indicator allow quick identification of operating conditions. Green indicates normal operation, while red indicates module replacement is required.
The unit is recommended for use with a 100A gG backup fuse and supports optional remote signaling contacts for connection with SCADA or monitoring systems. It operates reliably from -40℃ to +80℃ with 5%-95% humidity and supports 4-25mm² cable connections, making it suitable for industrial three-phase power systems.
