Product Overview
NPS01-FA50 AC 1P Surge Protective Device is an ultra-high capacity pure spark gap Type 1 (Class I) SPD designed for extreme lightning environments and critical power loads.
The product complies with EN/IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 standards and adopts advanced graphite spark gap technology with an extremely high lightning impulse current capability of Iimp 50kA (10/350μs).
It can directly discharge massive lightning energy from direct strikes and provides primary protection for core power distribution systems in high-risk lightning areas.
The device features a reinforced 36mm single-pole modular design, supports 35mm DIN rail installation, and covers Uc voltage levels from 275V to 385V.
It is widely used in power substations, core data centers, communication hubs, rail transit control centers, and other critical infrastructure.

Ultra-Large Graphite Spark Gap, Extreme Energy Withstand Capability
The internal structure uses an ultra-large high-purity graphite spark gap, providing excellent follow current interruption capability and extreme energy withstand performance.
During normal operation, the SPD maintains zero leakage current and zero power consumption, ensuring long service life and stable protection performance.
The reinforced graphite electrode structure provides stable discharge characteristics and withstands repeated ultra-high current lightning impulses without performance degradation.
The conductive path adopts high-purity copper materials and large terminals, ensuring low resistance, strong current carrying capability, and reduced temperature rise under extreme surge conditions.
The housing uses UL94V-0 flame-retardant material with IP20 protection rating, meeting high-level insulation and safety requirements.
