Product Overview
The NPS01-F40 AC 1P Surge Protective Device is a Type 2 surge protection device designed for terminal-level power protection. It complies with IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 standards and adopts a compact single-pole modular design with a width of 27mm, suitable for installation in various distribution systems.
With a nominal discharge current of 40kA and maximum discharge current up to 80kA, the device effectively suppresses induced lightning surges and switching overvoltage, reducing residual voltage and protecting downstream electrical equipment.
It is widely used in building distribution systems, industrial control cabinets, communication equipment, monitoring systems, and precision electrical devices.

High-Energy MOV Chip, Fast Response and Long-Term Stability
The device adopts high-performance zinc oxide varistor (MOV) technology, featuring:
- Fast response speed
- High surge withstand capability
- Low leakage current
- Excellent aging resistance
The integrated thermal disconnection mechanism automatically isolates the device under abnormal overheating conditions, improving operational safety.
A red/green visual status indicator provides clear operating information, while optional remote alarm contacts allow connection to monitoring systems.
Compact DIN Rail Design for Flexible Installation
The housing uses UL94V-0 flame-retardant material with IP20 protection, ensuring reliable operation in industrial environments.
