Product Overview
The NPS01-FBC12.5 AC 4P Surge Protective Device is a Type 1+2 combined full-mode surge protection unit designed for high-demand three-phase power distribution systems. Manufactured according to EN/IEC 61643-11 and GB/T 18802.11 international standards, it meets Type 1+2 / Class I+II protection requirements.
The product adopts an integrated L1/L2/L3/N four-pole structure, with complete protection components installed on each pole. With an impulse current capacity of 12.5kA (10/350μs), it effectively suppresses both common-mode surges (L-PE, N-PE) and differential-mode surges (L-N, L-L).
The 72mm modular design supports standard 35mm DIN rail installation, with Uc voltage options covering 275V to 440V. It is widely used in data centers, medical equipment, precision manufacturing, rail transportation, and other applications requiring excellent power quality.

Full-Pole MOV and Large-Capacity Spark Gap for Precise Differential Protection
Each pole combines a large-capacity graphite spark gap with a high-energy zinc oxide varistor. Compared with conventional 3+1 configurations, the neutral pole also includes complete varistor protection, providing stronger differential-mode surge suppression.
The coordinated protection design enables staged energy discharge while minimizing residual voltage and eliminating protection blind spots.
Premium components are selected through strict environmental and electrical testing to ensure excellent durability, low leakage current, and long-term operating stability.
The conductive system uses high-purity T2 copper busbars with tin-plated surfaces, offering excellent conductivity, low contact resistance, and high current carrying capability.
The enclosure uses UL94V-0 flame-retardant thermoplastic material with IP20 protection. Automated production, welding, module assembly, and complete factory inspection ensure reliable product consistency.
Four Independent Status Monitoring Channels for Easy Maintenance
The product provides 20kA (8/20μs) nominal discharge current and 50kA maximum discharge current. The voltage protection level is as low as 1.2kV, with a response time of ≤25ns, ensuring rapid surge protection.
Each pole is equipped with an independent thermal disconnector and red/green status indicator. Green indicates normal operation, while red indicates module failure and replacement requirements.
The four independent status indicators allow quick fault identification and simplified maintenance. A single module failure does not affect the operation of other protection paths.
Optional remote signaling contacts support AC 250V/0.5A output and can be connected to building automation or monitoring systems for centralized management.
The device operates from -40℃ to +80℃ with 5%-95% humidity tolerance and supports 4-25mm² conductors, making it an ideal full-mode surge protection solution for high-performance three-phase electrical systems.
