The product features a smooth, burr-free finish and high straightness (deviation ≤1mm/m).
Corrosion Resistance: The composite interface is formed via high-temperature bonding, leaving no residue and minimizing the risk of corrosion at the junction. The surface copper layer is thick and uniform, typically ranging from 0.25mm to 0.5mm. Leveraging the skin effect of electric current and the inherent corrosion resistance of copper, the product offers excellent electrical conductivity and durability. It boasts a long service life-theoretically exceeding 40 years, with some products reaching up to 50 years when used with specific backfill materials or installation techniques.

Electrical Performance: The surface layer of pure copper offers excellent conductivity, resulting in lower electrical resistance compared to conventional materials.
